How do you put colorful, edible images in place?

First, your hands need to be clean and dry before you handle the image.

When applying, edible images need a moist surface in order blend into the icing on your cake.

So if your surface or icing is dry, just spray on a very light water mist. If your surface is already moist, don’t add any additional moisture or the colors may run.

Since you can’t reposition your art image once you put it in place, you need to decide exactly where you want your image before you place it center, top, bottom, left or right.

Then place your image FACE UP and the edges of your art will begin blending with your icing.
