Its tough if you,ve already used other products on it. Try a pet stain and odor remover on it and leave it out in the sun for a few days or as long as you can Sunlight will kill most bacteria

If it’s able to be aired outside, that would help.
I believe pet odor remover products have a warning that it is harmful to varnishes.
Is the varnish ruined? It is possible that it has been.
I suggest first to try:
Powder a 1/4 inch layer of baking soda on it and let it sit overnight. Wash with warm, soapy water.
White distilled vinegar would be next.

I would bleach it ( and your friends too ) haha. Or throw it out. Make your friends sleep in the bath-tub from now on.
