I am one of a brand of traditional, conservative, oldies who believes in a sound conscience for a good nights sleep.

All through these years I have been able to sleep soundly on any kind of surface ranging from desert sands to rocky, river beds (I’m a soldier), but when it comes to sleeping on a bed I need a damn good mattress, without which, I wake up with a pain in my back.

I am not saying I don’t sleep well. As I mentioned before I can sleep on any thing, and yes, at any time, but it’s only when I wake up from a bad bed that my body tells me that I didn’t sleep right.

The next strange thing about me is that I enjoy lying wide-awake in bed. I never try counting sheep, in a vain attempt to banish all thought and thereby induce sleep.

I believe that if sleep does not come naturally the body does not need it. So I love rolling about on a soft bed with a foam mattress memory pad topper that understands the need of a wide-awake sleeper!

Lounging on a comfortable bed with a foam mattress memory pad topper, reliving the past, contemplating upon the day gone by, in a room lit only by the filtered light of the moon, or the streetlight, is an old generation (my generation) luxury.

The next thing I enjoy is chatting up a companion in bed, a bed that does not give away your violent emotions in the dark, while at the same time supports your neck when you are all crooked up and listening keenly.

The next thing I like to do on a soft firm bed with a foam mattress memory pad topper is; well I think I will leave that to your imagination!
